Someday I will fly to New York and attend the most glamorous event of the year: New York Fashion Week. Until then, I’ll just scour the internet for every single picture from the runways and parties so that I can live vicariously through strangers I’ll never meet. In doing so this year, I’ve come across something that might be even more exciting as the runways: street fashion. While the models strut their stuff on stage, attendees rock their most fashion-forward pieces and flaunt them on the sidewalks of the city. I find this almost more interesting than the runways because trends and styles seem more tangible and real when you see normal people wearing them.
That being said, I’ve collected some of my favorite street style shots from New York Fashion Week! I think this forecasts where fashion is going for the next two seasons. What were some of your favorite looks? Comment below and tell me!
